The company had 2 big challenges in order to make the model work: slow decision making due to lack of empowerment and lack of deep collaboration due to lack of trust.
Approach

Co-designed together with Learning and Development two different modules of 1 day on Empowerment and Trust.

Deliver the program in the Company’s core European market.

Develop a training manual in order to roll out the program internally.

Support the training of internal resources to make sure the program could be cascaded internally at high quality.
Results

Evolution on leaders mindset and behaviors.
