Leadership and Talent: keys for the future

WALK partnered with Spanish think tank Círculo de Empresarios to develop the study “Leadership and Talent: keys for the future”.

The final report highlights the importance for organizations to embrace a new leadership paradigm, involving new mindset and ways of working, to respond to the challenges of today’s context of huge uncertainty and exponential change. Old mindsets, leadership styles, and work dynamics are not sustainable anymore in today’s context.
