Perspective

Organizational engagement at scale is more critical than ever before for three main reasons.

First, in today’s complex and uncertain business environment, leaders recognise that they no longer have all the answers and increasingly seek diverse thoughts and perspectives from people across the organization. Second, new generations expect to find purpose in their jobs, which demands bi-directional conversations more than top-down communication. Finally, a shared vision that is meaningful and resonant to all employees is essential for coherence and stability in today’s more flexible and Agile organizations.

At the same time, organizational engagement at scale is more challenging than ever before. Traditionally, a company’s leadership team would formulate a new business strategy and then cascade it down the organization with a formal communication campaign. By contrast, today’s leaders need to engage with people across the organization in a sustained dialogue over time. They should listen with curiosity and communicate with authenticity and passion.

Organizational engagement at scale is a key element of any business transformation. In order to get their teams to implement a new business strategy or operating model, senior leaders need to engage people across the organization, giving them the time and space to make it their own, through personal reflection and high-quality conversations. Engagement Capabilities Accelerator
Senior leaders play a fundamental role in engaging their organization at scale, through role-modelling and inspiring conversations. We offer leadership development programs that provide them with the necessary mindsets and skills including: active listening, storytelling, authentic communication, synthesizing of multiple perspectives, and inclusiveness.

Engagement Program
Comprehensive program, designed to engage people in dialogue throughout the entire organization around key business initiatives such as a new business strategy or operating model. The program is co-designed with key stakeholders and is delivered by our coaches and facilitators, hand-in-hand with the senior leaders themselves who lead a company-wide conversation.

Co-creation Program
Very interactive and dynamic solution, which taps into collective intelligence, and engages a critical mass of people across the organization in co-creating some critical elements of the business (e.g. company culture, leadership model, purpose, or even solutions to specific business challenges).

Delivery Model
