Andrew Hatcher

Andrew Hatcher is a Consultant of WALK. He has over 30 years experience working in Europe, the USA, and in the Far East working in a range of organisations from multinationals to startups. His strategic work has focused on leadership development and culture change working with companies including Statoil, Barclays, BT, BGL, Formula 1 Management and the NHS.
Andrew teaches on a range of management development modules at the Judge Business School in Cambridge and facilitates executive education in strategy and leadership both there and at the London Business School.
Andrew worked for 15 years at Reuters, the global information company, in London and in New York focusing on developing innovation as a core competence and subsequently with its Greenhouse corporate venture capital group across North and South America. Since then he has started and developed a number of companies including Investing for Good and the Working Knowledge Group and advises many others on growth and scaling strategies.
Andrew has published five books to date on innovation, venturing, strategy and marketing.
Andrew holds an MBA in International Business from the Cass Business School and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the City University London.
