Bettina Gallego is a Consultant of WALK and Oxford Leadership in EMEA. Integrating her experience as a Coach and Entrepreneur with her experience in Investment Banking, Bettina has refined several methodologies in relation to the development of management skills, motivation and leadership, helping to focus, and recover the vision and purpose of the managers and their organizations, leading effective transformations, and giving meaning to success.
Bettina also has more than 14 years of experience in the financial industry, as an investment fund manager in various top-tier entities in Madrid and London. Before working at Inversis Banco, co-founding Acumen Gestión and managing a European small cap fund at Belgravia Capital, she developed her professional career as an analyst and portfolio manager at Goldman Sachs and at JP Morgan Asset Management. As an entrepreneur Bettina co-founded Samastah, a platform of tools to support personal and professional growth.
She is a Thinking Heads speaker and certified in Neuro-linguistic programming and Coaching at the NLP Academy in London with John Grinder (co-creator of NLP). She runs mindfulness courses for executives, and is a yoga teacher at Sivananda School.
Bettina holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Bettina works in English, Spanish and German, and also is fluent in French and Portuguese.
