Carlota is a Program Support and Consultant at WALK. She has been in charge of managing a wide range of programmes with some of our biggest clients.
She is used to working with C-Level executives from large, multinational organisations and has a deep passion for leadership development in multicultural environments.
As a programme manager, Carlota excels at making the programmes a smooth, flawless experience for the participants and for the client, thanks to her efficiency, empathy, and attention to detail.
As a facilitator and coach, Carlota fosters her clients to their full potential, focusing on helping them develop, transform and succeed in their professional environments.
Carlota loves traveling and working with different nationalities and cultures. She is passionate about organisational transformation through personal development.
Before joining Oxford Leadership, Carlota worked for Amfivia Outdoor Events Management, where she managed the organisation of team building activities, leadership journeys and other incentive activities for all kinds of corporations. Her main role was to design, lead, and manage outward-bounded Leadership Programs, in many cases working for large multinationals.
Carlota works in Spanish, English, German, and Catalan.
