Cecilia Diaz is a consultant of WALK in LATAM, focused on an organizational consultancy focused on people. She is a facilitator in change management programs, talent development and strategic diagnostic processes and implementation of action plans related to the improvement of work environments. Her experience and career have allowed her to facilitate not only programs with participants, but also Train the Trainers programs.
She has led projects for clients such as Grupo Alsea, Sanofi, Laboratorio Baliarda, Banco Supervielle, Nestlé, and others. Also she worked in companies from the Latam region such as Grupo WPP México, Roche, Bosch and the UPC of Peru, achieving cultural transformations, implementations and design of management tools.
She has more than 20 years of experience performing in different roles in Human Resources, such as Talent and Culture Manager in Walmart Arg, Head of Regional Development in Cencosud, HR Coordinator in the Cuyo region in Movistar, as well as in the Consultancy. Achieving leadership with great skill in the execution of multidisciplinary projects, with internal client orientation, with an excellent management of interpersonal relationships and constantly collaborating in the construction of high performance teams.
Cecilia has a degree in Labor Relations, (UBA) and has extensive training in leadership, business coaching, negotiation among others. In institutions like the IAE, School of PNL, Pythagoras, Institute of the Mask.
