José María Pujol is Executive Coach. He has more than 12 years of experience serving executives of relevant companies and management committees. José María has extensive experience in the business world, has been an entrepreneur, executive director in family business, and multinational manager.
In the field of people he has developed his activity in the world of values, in which he is a specialist. He gives courses in companies, business schools and helps executives and individuals align the values in their lives.
He studied at the Institut Gestalt, the Master’s and Supervision Sports Coaching course and specialized in Golf-Mental Coach in Arizona (U.S.A) at Vision 54. He has developed his own methodology as a sports coach applying values in sport, which has led him to participate with high-performing teams and athletes of all levels.
José María is an organizational coach certified as a PCC by ICF (International Coach Federation), is certified in Coaching X Values and is a Master / Practitioner in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). He has a degree in business from the University of Barcelona, has a Master in Marketing Management from ESADE and a PDG from IESE (University of Navarra).
