Claudia is a Senior Consultant of WALK and Oxford Leadership. As a Trainer and Facilitator, she delivers leadership development programs for senior executives all over Europe. As a consultant, she specializes in identifying the factors that contribute or hinder leadership performance and designing a roadmap to tackle those factors. Her vast experience inside organizations allows her to guide their clients into an in-depth, yet practical understanding of what works and what doesn’t in their particular organizational system.
A trained psychologist, Claudia started her career in organizational coaching and consulting. She worked for various firms for over 10 years, participating in multidisciplinary teams to help organizations in their strategic planning and alignment journeys, and in the diagnosis and redesign of their people processes. She consulted for more than one hundred organizations covering a wide range of sectors, including the Oil, Mining, Financial, Transportation, Educational, Telecom, Food, Pharmaceutical and Consumer Goods industries in Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Peru and Mexico. As a trainer, she specialized in developing leadership and teamwork skills for high executives.
As an executive, Claudia occupied HR positions of great responsibility in different companies within Latin America, and for many years she was Corporate Director of Talent & Organizational Development for the continent’s major air carrier (LATAM Airlines) with direct reports on over ten countries and accountability for processes affecting 54.000 employees. During that period she led a process of cultural transformation, conducted people integration within a merge process, redesigned HR processes, and was directly in charge of coaching the company’s top 200 executives to support their development.
Claudia is a licensed Clinical Psychologist, and she holds an MSc in Organizational Behaviour by the University of London.
