Cristina Rojas



Cristina is Manager of WALK in EMEA. She has over 8 years of experience in strategy consulting, having dealt with business transformations for clients in Spain and rest of Europe.

Before joining WALK, Cristina worked for Roland Berger for more than 5 years, where she specialized in strategic transformations for companies in the financial services (insurance) and healthcare industries. There, she helped business executives tackle a broad spectrum of business challenges, including the definition and development of strategic plans, operational excellence and efficiency, and involvement in acquisition processes though Due Diligence support (M&A).

Prior to Roland Berger, Cristina worked in Minsait Business Consulting, where she participated, among other projects, in the creation of Minsait as a spin-off of Indra. She has also experience in the legal environment, having worked for KPMG in the financial legal department in Madrid. She has also co-founded a company devoted to increase awareness of mental health in corporations (Ilussio).

Cristina holds an MBA from IESE Business School (University of Navarra) and graduated in Law with a Master in Stock Exchange in Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles in Madrid.

Cristina works in Spanish, English and French.
