Diego Rocha works as Strategic Partner of WALK in EMEA. Integrating his experience as former business executive and management consultant, Diego helps managers to define new strategies and to effectively implement them, through leadership dynamics based on individual and team strengths and through the collective alignment of values and goals.
In a very recent professional experience, as a business executive, in charge of the Strategy and Innovation Departments of Sacyr, a large infrastructure group, Diego managed the five-year strategic, digital and innovation-focused transformation of the company.
Prior to that, Diego developed his career as a management consultant in A.T. Kearney, where he led different strategy definition projects in a wide variety of industries and geographies. He was also a business analyst for J.P Morgan and for Deloitte (formerly Arthur Andersen)
Diego holds an MBA from IESE Business School (University of Navarra-Barcelona) and degree in International Business Management from ICADE-Universidad Pontificia Comillas(Madrid).
