Marcos Santarelli is a consultant of WALK in LATAM. He has over 15 years experience as a consultant, entrepreneur and manager and pioneering projects of cultural transformation and implementation of new ways of working.
He began his career in energy companies, specifically in oil & gas, where he served both production companies and services. After his graduate studies in the United States, Marcos worked as a consultant at the VirtusA strategy consulting firm founded by a group of McKinsey partners, based in Chile. During this time he participated in transformational projects in the shipping, financial industry, entertainment, public and agricultural and livestock sectors. He carried out projects operational efficiency, organizational and cultural changes and corporate governance.
After his experience in consulting, Marcos co-founded SUMO, the first company in Uruguay of cold-pressed juices. He served as General Manager of the company involved in all aspects of the business, including brand and product design, assembly of equipment and operational performance of the company.
Marcos is an Industrial Engineer from Buenos Aires Institute of Technology and holds an MBA from Duke – The FUQUA School of Business.
