Marielle is Manager of WALK. She brings to the team her expertise in the world of innovation and design. She has more than 13 years of experience in innovation strategy and design methodologies, managing teams and accompanying big corporations in thinking and working like startups in order to remain relevant in the upcoming years. She is also a trainer in design thinking and other collaborative and innovative methods.
Throughout her career, Marielle launched several entrepreneurial projects. She founded and managed an e-commerce subscription box (“Koullouna”) bridging the gap between her home country (Lebanon) and the rest of the world . A social business that supported 60 Lebanese producers/designers/entrepreneurs by sending their products, services and stories to more than 35 countries.
Passionate in people’s stories and culture, she also hosts and develops a podcast (The Big Blend) about multiculturality, identity and transmission.
With her experience both with large groups and smaller ones, Marielle navigates with ease between complex organisations and agile projects.
Marielle is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
