Marta is a Consultant of WALK in EMEA. As a international executive coach and organisational development consultant, Marta has been involved in a number of organisational change consulting assignments, and in leadership development and effective teamwork programs for large corporations around the world.
She has been involved in several global leadership programs for senior management. She has also been part of the faculty of several corporate universities global leadership programs. Marta also worked as an engineer in Germany and Spain, and led an organization through an internationalization process.
Her experience in change ranges from the diagnosis of the system (organisation and its wider context), to the design of interventions and evaluation, to the facilitation of workshops / group processes combining appreciative inquiry and group relations approaches. She is passionate about her work in cultural transformation, and thrives in integrating the human side of organizational change with the technical aspect of the business.
Marta has a combined degree in Engineering and Management studies at Imperial College London and Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya. She also has a Master in Human Resources Management at the London School of Economics, a Master in Marketing at ESADE Business School, and a Masters in Finance (UPF). She is an Ashridge accredited executive coach (EMCC) and has a Masters in Executive Coaching (Ashridge). She has also developed her analytical coaching skills through the Advanced Analytical-Network Coaching Certificate. She has a certificate on “Organisational Change and Consulting” by the Tavistock Institute (UK). She is accredited in the Leadership Development Framework (LDF), Richard Barrett Cultural Transformation (CTT), Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI), MBTI.
Marta works in English, Spanish and Catalan. She also has a good knowledge of German and French.
