Miguel Gowland
Managing Partner
Miguel is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of WALK. He supports CEOs and leadership teams from large corporation in their business execution and leadership agenda. In the last 10 years, he has worked with global corporations from all industries across the globe executing successfully a big number of transformation and leadership development projects leading a diverse team of consultants.
Miguel began his career in the commercial area of media and telecommunications. After his MBA, he joined Oxford Leadership where he hold several position until launching their operations in Spain and becoming its Managing Director. He successfully led the acceleration of growth of the business and of its consultant´s community. He also supported the growth of the Latin America region particularly in Mexico, Brazil and Argentina.
Miguel has a degree in industrial engineer at the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires. He was awarded a scholarship from Cranfield School of Management in UK, where he completed his MBA in 2008. He has also an Advanced Management programme (AMP) from Wharton School of Management and ESADE.
