Monica Carvalho

Monica Carvalho is a Consultant of WALK in EMEA. She is a senior facilitator, having applied behavioral training for almost 20 years to support employees give their best at the workplace. She has extensive experience in Executive Coaching and Leadership development.
She ministers Leaderships Workshops at NOVA School of Business and Economics (Lisbon, Portugal), being a Senior Trainer in the International Master in Management. She also collaborates with Universidade Tecnica de Lisboa.
Monica has worked as a Senior Trainer for Everis (5 years) and Demos Spain (10 years). Also collaborated with McDonalds, Vodafone, Boston Consulting Group and VolksWagen.
She holds a degree in Psychology from Lisbon University and a Master in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, trained by NLP creator Richard Bandler. Other key qualifications of Monica include Emotional Intelligence and Leadership (Chicago University, Antonio Damasio PhD) and Situational Leadership (Ron Campbell, International Certification).
