Nickolette Assy is a Consultant of WALK. She has been involved in the field of Human Potential for over 10 years and is currently regarded as one of the most experienced and seasoned coaches in the South African Coaching Community, where she is based.

Nickolette provides coaching at the Executive and Senior management levels in organizations. She has coached and managed leaders at all levels in various environments including Financial (FNB, ABSA); Media (HMC Seswa); Private sector (MTN, Edcon, Avon, SASOL); and the Public Sector (Parliament RSA, Department of Environmental Affairs and Tourism , Telkom). Internationally also facilitating change and coaching projects (Oxfam UK and BASF).

Nickolette’s responsibilities have included the management of various coaching programmes and engagements as Senior Project Manager. The assignments have taken Nickolette to Africa, India, Europe, the USA and Middle East. This experience has developed her ability to connect across all organizational levels skillfully, having coached clients from executive to staff levels and facilitated at all levels in organizations.

Nickolette holds two Master Degrees in Professional Coaching with Middlesex University, United Kingdom and University of Stellenbosch Business School, South Africa as well as a Diploma in Marketing with Rand Afrikaans University, South Africa.

Nickolette is a registered at ETDP Seta as an Accredited Assessor. This experience has developed her ability to connect across all organisational levels with ease.
