Nicole is a Senior Associate at WALK, a strategic and people-focused leader with 11 years of experience driving business growth across consulting, technology scale-ups, and global organizations.

Before joining WALK, Nicole worked at o9 Solutions, a leading SaaS company in supply chain and planning, where she spent four years in the sales team focused on sales enablement, ecosystem growth, and strategic collaborations. In this role, she supported go-to-market initiatives and developed joint value propositions with partners to expand o9’s market presence.

Previously, she spent six years at Deloitte Spain and the UK, where she led business and technology transformation projects for major telecommunications corporations.

She has contributed to key initiatives involving digital transformation strategy, commercial partnerships, and business development, always with a strong focus on driving growth and creating end-to-end value across organizations.

Nicole holds an Executive MBA from IESE Business School, a Master in Management from IE Business School, and a degree in Industrial Engineering. She has broad international exposure through study programs and professional projects in Spain, Germany, the UK, Peru, Africa, the US, and China.

Originally from Venezuela, Nicole is fluent in Spanish and English, and has a deep intercultural understanding, having lived 8 years in Spain and 4 years in the UK.
