Pablo Barrientos is a Manager of WALK in EMEA. Integrating his experience as an executive coach and management consultant, Pablo helps managers to define business objectives and to effectively achieve them, to develop their leadership from the strengths, and to align their behaviours with the values and goals of their company.
Pablo has managed cultural transformation consulting projects and has participated as a facilitator and executive coach in interventions for clients in multiple industries.
Before focusing his career on leadership development and transformation consulting, Pablo acquired extensive experience in management consulting. He worked for The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Arthur Andersen, and BBDO Consulting, taking part and leading projects in a wide variety of industries and geographies. He also worked in the Global Marketing Department of Telefonica during the implementation of a new global brand strategy.
Pablo is an Executive Coach (IE, Instituto de Empresa), Team Coach (IDDI), NLP Practicioner and certified in MBTI. He is a Forestry Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
