Paula Vieira is a Consultant of WALK in EMEA. Being part of WALK, she has worked on the implementation of ambitious transformation programs, aligning work teams around a common vision and purpose, applying and facilitating high-performing team dynamics. Paula has acted as an agile coach in large-scale cross-cutting projects and has contributed to implementing new ways of working.
As a coach, she is totally oriented towards collective development, working with individual and systemic levers necessary for the consolidation of teams towards high performance.
After 10 years working in the financial sector, Paula brings a deep understanding of her clients’ business challenges, helping them develop new skills to achieve better results.
Before focusing her career on consulting and leadership development, Paula had 10 years of professional experience in leadership roles in the financial sector working for international firms such as American Express or Santander Investment Banking. She has developed her career in multicultural environments managing international teams in Brazil, Chile, Peru and Spain.
She has an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Business Administration from FGV – Fundação Getulio Vargas in Brazil. Paula is an executive coach (European School of Coaching) certified by the Leadership Circle Profile and by the Oxford Leadership SML coaching program.
Paula works in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
