Pedro Armentia


Pedro is a Consultant of WALK in EMEA. Pedro is Mentor and Coach of numerous top executives in large corporations, and he leads career development and talent management projects. As a consultant, he has taken part in complex cultural transformation and leadership development projects for companies in a range of industries.

Pedro was a global executive at Johnson & Johnson Group for more than 15 years, where he became CEO of Spain and Portugal and member of the Management Committee. Throughout his career, he had the opportunity to lead the acquisition and integration of companies, the merger of Spain and Portugal, turnarounds in mature businesses, the development of new markets, and cultural and organizational changes. During his professional career he has held different positions in marketing, sales, communication, and corporate strategy.

He is also the patron of the FIDAH Foundation and the founder of CREAS, a foundation that fosters the development of companies in the field of social entrepreneurship.

Pedro holds a degree in Medicine from the University of Zaragoza, an MBA from IESE, an AMP from Harvard, and a Master’s Degree in Humanities from the Universidad Francisco Vitoria.
