Pedro Langre is a consultant of WALK in North America & LATAM. He is also founder of c-Growth, a consulting firm that focuses on both Leadership Teams Effectiveness and Strategic & Cultural Transformations. Pedro and his team of consultants and coaches have worked with more than 600 companies in different countries in the Americas, Europe and the Middle East.
Pedro has delivered leadership, personal and organizational development programs to over 20,000 executives coming from 87 different countries and has worked with 170 Leadership Teams.

He is a founding Partner of Equanimity Leadership Solutions and member of the “Trust and Integrity in the Global Economy” movement from Initiatives of Change International. He has been an attending speaker and participant in different forums and conferences, organized by the United Nations Department for Economic and Social Affairs (UNDESA), the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development’s Public Governance Committee (OCDE-PGC), the Latin-American Center for Development Management (CLAD), the Asia Pacific for Economic Cooperation (APEC), and the Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation of Harvard University’s Kennedy School, in different countries of Europe, the Middle East, North America and Latin America.
He has lectured at the Universidad Anahuac del Sur and at the Tec de Monterrey (ITESM- CCM), both in Mexico City. He has a B.A. in International Trade, with Honors from the ITESM-CCM, an Executive Certificate in Leadership & Management (Neuroscience) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an International Economic Relations Diploma from Arnhem Business School in the Netherlands and a Master of Science in the Politics of Development (Latin America) from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is certified in Corporate Boards by the IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland and from Harvard Business School.
