As part of the change, the company launched a new performance management system that give a big weight to leadership behaviors (HOW) in addition to financial/business objectives.
Approach

Designed and facilitated a 7-month process to support a group of 200 senior leaders to embrace a new way of driving performance that ensures a balance between the WHAT and the HOW and does not depend only on hierarchy implementation of the new organizational roles.

The program had 4 main interventions of 2 days each with follow up activities in between both online and face to face.

The program followed the model WOTS which helps participants embrace the new leadership paradigm and new ways of working inspired in the Agile methodology.
