Ana is a Consultant of WALK in EMEA. She has extensive experience working in the fields of organizational development consulting, leadership and career development. She designed and facilitated programs to improve personal, interpersonal and organizational effectiveness for more than 100 companies. In her diverse experience, she worked across all levels of the organizations, from the shop floor to the Board, and with many diverse industries such as retail, banking, pharmaceuticals, automotive, consulting, chemical, and FMCG, amongst others.
She coached and trained people from diverse cultures and countries and participated in leadership development programs in Portugal, Spain, France, UK, Brazil and Angola.
Ana has been working at Universidad Católica Lisbon for the past 18 years as an Adjunct Member of Faculty in the Organizational Behavior area and was a School Board Member for eight years. She has also 13 years of leadership experience, progressing from leading a team of individual contributors to leading five managers, leading two functions of the organization and getting a seat at the Board table.
She has extensive individual and team coaching experience, currently supporting several CEO’s, Board Members and Executives Teams in their efforts to perform better in their current roles and transform their teams and organizations.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Sociology and a Master’s in Human Resources (both from ISCTE, Lisbon) and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from International Coaching Federation.
Ana works in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
