Ángel Cruz is a Consultant of WALK in EMEA. He focuses on helping leaders develop relationships that bring practical solutions. He teaches in several business and coaching schools in the areas of Human Relations, Executive Coaching and Management Skills.
Ángel has more than 20 years of experience as member of Executive Committees for several companies. He worked for IBM, Siemens, Danone, Thales and Altran. He was Human Resources Director and Operations and IT Director.
Ángel holds a B.A. Economics and Business Management, a Master in Organisational Development from Institute GR of Tel-Aviv, a Master in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford School, and he is Coach of Teams and Relationship (OSRC – Organization and Relationship System Coaching) from CRR (Center for Right Relationship).
He is certified for the use of several development tools including Personal Development Analysis (PDA), MBTI, FIRO-B, TLC, and he is a practitioner from PNL.
Ángel works in English and Spanish.
