Catia is a Consultant of WALK. She has been coaching Executives and delivering Leadership Development and Cultural Transformation Programs in global organizations in the last 10 years in Brazil, Latin America and the USA.
She developed her career in Marketing & Communication and Retail Auditing, having occupied leadership positions in national and multi national companies from the luxury segment, services and manufacturing. She was born in Brazil but studied and worked in different countries such as England, Switzerland, Germany and Italy. She has lived in Milan for eight years where she led international projects for organizational and cultural change, established joint ventures, developed and delivered technical and behavioral trainings in a multicultural context.
Catia has coached and developed many Leadership teams and more than 4,000 Executives from 20 nationalities in global companies such as: Astra Zeneca, Ball, Bayer, Cisco, Danone, Facebook, Givaudan, Grupo Telefónica, Henkel, Mars, Microsoft, Nestlé, Nokia, Roche Pharma and Diagnostics, Scania, SC Johnson, Syngenta, Subsea7, Unilever, W/Mccann.
Currently she is a Professor for Leadership at Insper, one of the most prestigious institutions of Higher Education and Research in Brazil. Since 2013, she has been collaborating as a facilitator with the Centre for Creative Leadership, recognized worldwide for its expertise in Leadership. Graduated in Public Administration at FGV, she has a post-graduation in Career Consulting at the University of São Paulo and holds a Master Degree in Marketing & Sales from the Centre of Management of Milan, Italy. She is constantly taking care of her own Education and has been undertaking courses in different locations, holding certifications as a Coach by Erickson College, (Canada); as a facilitator for the Immunity to Change methodology with the Harvard Professors Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey (USA); LSI (Life Style Inventory) certified by Human Synergistics, Hogan Assessment and 360 By Design (CCL). Certified by Barry Oshry in the Organization Workshop and When Cultures Meet, a systemic approach to the organizational life (USA).
Catia works in Portuguese and she is also fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, French and has a good knowledge of German.
