Constança Monteiro is a Consultant of WALK in EMEA. Her areas of expertise are strategy consulting, problem solving, communication, self/team leadership. She combines the “hard” business skills and language with the “deep” self-awareness and mindfulness skills in order to assist leadership and management learning and development.
She is Professor at NOVA School of Business Economics (Lisbon, Portugal), where she is also Head of Consulting Labs and Programme Manager of Master in Management.
Constança developed a consulting career at top management consulting firms like McKinsey, AT Kearney, and Monitor. She also worked at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
She holds a degree in Economics from the Universidade Nova de Lisboa and an MBA from INSEAD. She is certified coach by Expertise Coaching International Training (ECIT) and Certified Coaches Federation (CCF). She is also Neuro Linguistic Programmer, trained by NLP creator Richard Bandler.
Constança works in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
