Daniel Touris is a Consultant of WALK and Oxford Leadership in EMEA and Latin America. He is a strong believer in the power of conversations as a critical tool for leadership development and, ultimately, business transformation. His seniority, experience, and flexibility make him able to facilitate a broad range of programs. He is also a senior executive coach of CEOS and owners at Fortune 500 companies and a professor at various institutes and universities.
Daniel has developed several executive development programmes in business management, leadership development, motivation, team work, crucial conversations, persuasion, sales and negotiation, and customer experience.
He has more than 20 years experience in leadership and transformation consulting, working for companies from different industries. Daniel started his consulting career with Booz Allen & Hamilton.
He has a degree in Agronomical Engineer from the University of the Republic of Uruguay and has a graduate degree in Marketing from the Catholic University of Uruguay. Daniel is a certified Ontological Coach from the Newfield Network, Trainer in Basic and Advanced Harvard Business Project in Boston, and certified Trainer in Appreciative Inquiry at Wetherhead School of Management (Case University, US).
