Enrique is a Consultant of WALK in EMEA. He is an executive coach, organisational consultant, and recognised speaker and writer in the fields of human resources and corporate development.
Enrique works as senior facilitator and executive coach helping senior managers and their teams meet their personal and professional goals. He has an extensive experience in developing and delivering courses and conferences on leadership, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, counselling and training processes for management teams.
He works with the Institute of Sport Coaching (Incoade). He also leads programs of mindfulness at the University Santiago de Vitoria in Madrid.
Enrique is a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He has received coaching training at The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and Centre for Right Relationship. He is also trained in Appreciative Inquiry by David Cooperrider, Coaching Across Cultural with Philippe Rosinski and the Global Leadership Profile with Bill Torbert and certified by the Leadership Circle.
He is a teacher of meditation and relaxation techniques with more than 30 years of experience.
