Gabriele Giordanengo

Gabriele is an Associate at WALK. He has 6 years of experience translating strategic and technological change into new ways of working and lasting behavioural change.
Before joining WALK, Gabriele worked at KPMG in France and at Accenture in Spain. He has worked across sectors including healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and energy, serving both multinational companies and public institutions, spanning multiple countries and reaching thousands of employees.
At KPMG, he designed and facilitated leadership development programmes to upskill managers and directors on core management and leadership skills, embed new ways of working in the organization and align key stakeholders around the company’s vision and ambition. At Accenture, he led end-to-end change management activities for digital and AI adoption. His work centers on shaping leadership behaviours and building organizations’ internal capacity for change.
Gabriele holds a Master’s degree in Management and European Affairs from Sciences Po Paris and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the same institution, including a year abroad in Australia. He is also a certified professional coach, trained at the School of Change – Profound Consulting in Switzerland.
Gabriele is originally from Italy and has worked in international environments, including in France and Spain.
