Gonzalo is a Consultant of WALK and in EMEA. His expertise is focused in Self Managing Leadership®, Emotional Leadership, High Performing Teams, Leadership Styles, Positive Influence, Emotional Intelligence, The Manager as Leader, and Assertiveness.
He has led companies in the field of advertising, in Yellowstone and Lintas Worldwide, and in the field of optics. His experience in the advertising world, as General Manager and member of the Board of Directors, was developed working for companies of many sectors (Renault, Honda, Bayer, Ato, Gallina Blanca, Royal, Unilever, Sony, Technics, Panasonic, Martini, Roca…).
After a successful career in general management, Gonzalo refocused his career to the field of consulting, executive coaching, and leadership. He has worked in leadership development projects and organizational transformation in national and international companies.
He is an executive coach trained at The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). He is also a Relationships and Team coach by Center for Right Relationships (CRR). He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by ICF. He has enriched his tools as a coach and leadership trainer, with training in the fields of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Gestalt Psychotherapy, Bioenergetics, and Personal Development.
