Horacio Hurtado

Horacio is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of WALK. He advises CEOs of large corporations and their teams to achieve business results by enhancing their leadership capabilities and improving the alignment of people with strategy.
He has an extensive international management consulting trajectory that combines a strong track record in strategy and operations consulting with broad experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and business mentoring.
Horacio worked at AT Kearney as a Senior Principal. He was member of Iberia’s leadership team, and a member of EMEA’s Organisation and Transformation Practice. With AT Kearney he led multiple large and complex enterprise transformations for blue chip corporations in a range of industries. He began his career with Accenture in Argentina where he was Business Analyst specialised in Operations and Change Management. Horacio was also Project Manager in the Argentine Social Security Administration, where he contributed to a large reorganisation and cultural transformation.
Horacio holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Universidad Catolica Argentina.
