Jean-Christophe is a Consultant of WALK. He is a professional coach and trainer in leadership and cross-functional management. He has a prior 20-year experience in the French cable industry with numerous positions held outside of France.
He is currently an associate professor at Institut Catholique de Paris where he teaches interreligious dialogue and management of church-related organizations.
Jean-Christophe is specialized in cross-disciplinary leadership and management with expertise in training, engineering and on-going education. His coaching skills combine Jungian typology with a systemic model that develops a multi-layer approach with all stakeholders. His values are humanistic, based on a corpus of social sciences (H. Arendt, J. Houssaye, P. Ricoeur, S. Weil, etc.), and psychology (B.Bouron, CG Jung).
Jean-Christophe holds a Master’s degree in Management from NEOMA Business school (France), supplemented by continuing education in humanities and social sciences.
He is a certified coach at ICF since 2012 (PCC),and is trained in several typology tools (MBTI, DISC, TLP Navigator). He is a certified coach supervisor (UNDICI, Paris) since 2018 and accredited consultant for the Barrett Values Centre with expertise in workplace culture change since 2016.
