José María is a consultant of WALK. He has previously held executive positions in a multinational environment as member of Steering Committee’s in different countries. After more than 25 years of experience in large companies, he now focuses on sharing the lessons learned to motivate and transform people and organizations for a better and more productive personal and professional performance.

He worked for Makro in Spain and the Netherlands as a member of the Steering Committee and in Hungary, Spain and Portugal as CEO. Among other responsibilities, José María was president of the Spanish Association of Cash & Carry and is a member of the advisory board of several companies and associations. José María played a leading role in the cultural transformation of the companies he worked for.

José María has a degree in Law, MBA (Business School), Accelerated Development Program ADP (London Business School), ADECA (Instituto San Telmo, Sevilla), Senior Management Program in Internet Business PADIB (ISDI) and is a Certified Coach (ICF) by the European Coaching School.

José María works in Spanish and English.
