Before joining WALK, Olivia worked at the consultancy IDOYA, in France, where she took part in multiple projects involving the design and implementation of business transformations and change strategies for large corporations.
She has contributed to several key initiatives, including the deployment of digitalization strategies, the managerial alignment on transformation roadmaps including communication and training plans, the design and facilitation of training programs for leaders and managers, co-construction workshops, and participatory methodologies for clients such as Thales, Accor Invest, and Airbus Defence and Space, reaching audiences of up to 30,000 people. Her work has focused on creating practical tools for leaders, fostering ownership of change, and developing sustainable internal capabilities within organizations.
Olivia holds a Master’s in International History from the London School of Economics and Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de San Andrés (Argentina).
Olivia is originally from Argentina and has worked in international environments, including 8 years in France.
