Patricia Sotomayor is a Consultant of WALK in EMEA. She is an executive and systemic coach and a culture transformation consultant specialized in talent and leadership development. She supports leaders and teams raising their awareness about what they do, how they do it and why they do it. This allows them to make decisions that are consistent with what they want.
Patricia has over eighteen years of international experience in supporting international C-Suite executives and working with multi-disciplinary teams in global enterprises as member of Chairman’s and CEO’s staff. She acquired extensive experience in cultural and digital transformation working at BBVA and GLOBALIA. She excels in Systemic Team Coaching and Diversity & Inclusion programs holding a current position as member of the Global Inclusion Council at Modern Health Inc. She is a PCC certified executive and systemic coach by the International Coaching Federation and a Neuro-linguistic programming practitioner. She is also certified in the following psychometric assessments: MBTI and Mindset Advantage. Master’s Degree and University Expert in Photography and Visual Arts, she integrates photography into her work through portraiture. She is currently located in Madrid and works both in Spanish and English.
