Rebecca de Regt is a consultant at WALK. She consults across a wide range of sectors and industries globally (+60 countries), specializing in Mining, Banking, Finance, Private Equity, and IT. She has led global teams, and helped built two start-up’s people, products, systems, and processes from startup to success stories.
In 2003 she joined McKinsey & Co. and began to focus on leadership development, facilitating and coaching. Rebecca has strong project management and consulting skills. Rebecca has worked 8.5 years in McKinsey & Company as a facilitator and coach, designing and delivering programs across the globe working both with internal consultants and Fortune 500 clients. She has coached CEOs, senior leaders and Public Servants both in business and in professional presence preparing them for such forums as Davos.
As an Affiliate, she has designed and delivered top team journeys, transformational leadership programs and coach senior level executives. She is also a mentor and accreditor for other coaches and facilitators.
She is a qualified Mediator, ICF Accredited Coach, and DEI facilitator and has extensive experience in Conflict Resolution, and as a Family & Organisational Constellator. She is accredited in many instruments such as Barrett Values, The Leadership Circle, BarOn EQ-I and MBTI.
