Rubén Jaime

Rubén Jaime is a consultant of WALK. He is a psychologist from Universidad Santo Tomás (Colombia) and a professional coach certified by Coaching Hall International since 2006. He is trained in the Co-Active approach from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and accredited in the Leadership Circle Profile model. ​

With more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources, he has held managerial roles in talent management, training, development, cultural transformation, engagement, and diversity. His vocation for human development has led him to build a solid career in leadership, organizational culture, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
A large part of his career was developed at Telefónica Group, where he worked for 25 years leading cultural transformation and talent processes in Colombia and across the Hispanic American region. There, he designed and implemented training and development programs for more than 30,000 employees, with a focus on upskilling, reskilling, leadership, well-being, and diversity. He was a facilitator at the corporate university Universitas and in regional programs, impacting nearly 20,000 people across 10 countries.
He also promoted the transition toward agile, flexible, and digital work models, achieving recognitions, certifications, and high levels of organizational engagement.
Rubén has been a reference in DEI topics, leading regional strategies and actively collaborating with specialized institutions in Colombia. He has promoted more inclusive organizational cultures through programs focused on female leadership, new masculinities, shared family responsibility, generational diversity, disability inclusion, and LGBT+ inclusion.
Today, he continues to support leaders and teams as a mentor, executive coach, facilitator, and speaker.
