Consultant

Santiago is a Senior Consultant of WALK. He is a facilitator and trainer of trainers in processes of personal and organizational transformation during the last 16 years. Professionally trained as a Chemical Engineer, he worked in multinational companies in production areas until he decided to move into the entertainment business leading his own video editor, film distributor and television production company.

In 2002 he returned to the companies from HR management, having specialized in Coaching and in Conscious Business in Axialent, by Fred Kofman. He was trained in Appreciative Inquiry with the creator of the methodology, Dr. David Cooperrider, at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, USA, and with Miriam Subirana Vilanova, at IDeIA Barcelona. He has a diploma in Positive Psychology and is a facilitator of the “Living Values in Organizations” Program of Ken O’Donnell. In the area of leadership he is a facilitator of the Self Management and Leadership program, and was trained by Brian Bacon (Oxford Leadership), creator of the program.

He has worked as a facilitator of leadership development processes, cultural transformation, and coaching, executive and team, in various companies and institutions: Ministry of Modernization, BASF, Nissan, Repsol-YPF, Telefonica, Movistar, Brinks, Givaudan, City Bank , Cencosud, Alsea, Banco Credicoop, Banco Hipotecario Nacional, Citi Bank, University of BA, University of Belgrano, Raffo, Nissan, Unión Industrial Argentina, Union UATRE, among others.
He was Director of Training (Ad Honorem) in Appreciative Dialogues of the non-profit Civil Association Despierta Argentina. Currently he provides service (ad honorem) as a coach in INICIA, Community of Entrepreneurs. He has coordinated and led personal growth trips to various destinations: India, Peru, Brazil, Spain, France, Portugal, England, Scotland.
