Teresa Oliveira

Teresa is a consultant of WALK. She’s an executive coach and strategic consultant with 27 years of professional experience and is mainly specialized in leadership development, change management and team effectiveness with a strong commercial and leadership background. She gained a broad experience of blue chip companies across many industries as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Teresa has been working as a coach since 2007 and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from International Coaching Federation. She coached over 160 executives aiming the enhancement of their leading skills and team performance. Teresa has designed and facilitated meetings with several groups, in several firms/sectors.
She is a Visiting Lecturer in the Executive Programs at Católica-Lisbon School of Business and Economics in the areas of leadership development, team development and group coaching. She co-coordinates the “Friday Forum-Leadership Development Program” in The Lisbon MBA Católica-Nova/MIT, where she teaches Presentation Skills.
She is a therapist/counsellor trained by Escuela de Terapia Gestalt del IPG. Holds a degree in Sociology, a Master in Human Resources Management and a PhD in Economics of Innovation.
Teresa is based in Lisbon and works in English and Portuguese.
